Repertory Grid Technique
The Repertory Grid Technique (RGT) is used to gain information about consumer’s perceptions of everything and anything!
It overcomes the difficulty consumers have in generating sufficient and adequate descriptors and the Technique helps consumers in vocabulary development.
Products are presented to the consumer in groups of three (a triad) and asked how are two alike yet different from the third. The data is then analysed using sophisticated statistical software.
